mama milk (but we've started weaning), avocado, sweet potato,
butternut, peas, carrots, spinach, turkey meatballs, black beans,
chickpeas, banana, apple sauce, pear sauce, peaches, quinoa,
brown rice, barley, pizza crust or stale baguette, yogurt,
cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, puffins in almond milk,
spaghetti bolognese, chicken marsala, tortillas, paper
