Moving the Heiney Makes Balance, FYFI

The McKennas are back from DC, quick trip for Cousin Lissy's big day. Jane was a flower girl, performed ably, right til she saw me in the aisle up front and then switched gears on us. Enough of the idea was realized we think.

You can't coach passion man.

You can't do much to contain it either.

You can, however, operate with chocolate bribes.

We managed the Museum of Natural History day of. Thought the dinosaurs would make an impression, but the idea of skeletons is lost on old meat and bones. She did take notice of the witch doctor, which I missed, but was reminded of broken record on the way home. There were monkeys, always a party.

Forgot the camera, so we just have this iPhone business, apologies. Making of a princess, Kabuki style.

Best we could manage when the camera did come out.

The happy couple, recepting.

Seconds from a full Cinderella moment, under supervision from MM.

Surprises at the kids table. Jane went straight for the rubber bracelets, apparently those are a thing now.

Tuckered, tucked.

Saturday, we managed a visit to the Edwards place, these animals ate a pound of bacon three ways.

Back Sunday to work an event. What's perfect about this picture? Hint: free BBQ

And capped by a secret dinner event at the Hotel Saint Cecilia. Pretty posh, of course, 7 courses of gulf seafood made for hives and faces from pops, but admittedly, I'm coming around. Great date night with the handsome wife.

Busy week. Looking good to post W2 in my fantasy football league. Fantasy Soccer - whole 'nother story - new lows recorded in the game I practically invented.
