Jane and I boarded a flight South last Wednesday.... first to Plant City to see Great Grandma Diane. As usual, Jane took care of herself on the plane, forgoing the $2 bottled water for her own stash.
Had a nice visit with Great Grandma- I give you 4 generations of first-born daughters.
Headed to Charlotte the next day for lots of quality time with Beavie and MO.
We went to the Pizzo's new house for a Friday afternoon playdate with Marty, Jenks, Gray and Anderson... sadly, Jenks was not interested in the photo shoot.
On Sunday, Beavie & MO hosted an amazing ice cream social in Jane's honor in the back yard. Lots of little people hijinks, as Dad would say.
Griffin, Tyler, Harper and Parker
The Duncan girls- Jenny, Zoe and Annie
Jane and her Uncle Hou
Tea Party with Avery, Wallace and Maggie
Sam and Ellie
Young Frank...
... and sister Virginia
Ann sang Jane a song...
And minutes later, OUT!
On Monday, Jane met Ivy and Albert and sat in a bumbo seat for the first time.
Then she partied with one of my old dolls before heading to the airport for home.
Finally, Dad says now that Jane has put on a couple of pounds, she looks just like John McCain... You Decide!
