Born to Run, Briefly

Ignore last post, never made it more than 80 miles from NYC. Actually never cleared NJ. Car failure. Three belts tossed in three seconds. AAA involved, as was the Quality Inn Easton, PA. GRIM. It was ambitious briefly.

From that lovely vale:

These were taken from my alleged last night in NYC, at my all time fave Spuyten Duyvil, prior to the embarssment on I-78.

So, drove back to NYC after Easton, drank some of the wine we couldn't ship, and took these, which actually were from my last night in NYC, from Anella, AARP special. Meatballs + Mashed Potatoes for JB, which she ordered personally.

Flew down to Sullivan's Island Saturday morning with the girls. Was picked up by Laura and Mike, straight to the bikini beach party on Folly for the 4th. Pet pigs, Crowded House cover band, micro bottoms, good times. Jane unfazed by the rocketry.

From the 5th.

And first run on the beach as half toddler. Loves the sand. Loves the water. Staged many escapes from the Romulon Dome Mr. Beaver constructed.

HK dinner party - chicken bog, beansers, dog licks, TK drinking Sweet Tea Vodka (for the record, denies ever ordering the Miller Chill from Shem Creek, this trip last year).

Happy Birthday America.
